HORRIBLE REEKS OF POT HORRIBLE. First of all, the check in-process was grueling, thanks to hotel.com and their lack of sending my info over electronically to the hotel. I had to sit in the lobby for 30 minutes while the front desk graciously busted her @$$ to get me into my room (kudos to her!). While waiting, I observed the shadiest people I have seen in a long time. Would not stay again The hotel had people staying there that were long term renters. The rooms were set up cooking but had no cooking supply or utensil not even a coffee pot. The people smoked right out side the door. I would never stay there AGAIN. I moved to the to new hotel.

It started out by being interrupted by police asking questions of the staff as I was being checked in. Was not informed you have to ask for an in room coffee maker and when I asked for one I was directed to the nearest Wal-Mart.

Was like camping out Not very good, sink was plugged, bathroom fan was on it's last leg and whining about it. Never any coffee hardly at "breakfast", On Sat the girl never put the muffins, etc. out. The bottom of my door was 1/4 inch away from the jam. two window panes were cracked, 2 of light switches(out of 4) were broke, The desk staff could not get a call for me sent to my room phone 7 different time to be honest it was successful twice. I survived it Office could not transfer calls, water was unable to drain, like a camping trip

Don't stay at this dirty hotel Horrible stay. dirty and disgusting. Will never book here again.

Don't Embarrass Yourself By Booking a Room Here Rooms were not clean to begin with which made it worse that there is no housekeeping. I booked several rooms here for business clients and was completely embarrassed to have chosen this hotel. I will recommend against staying at Extended Stay America. It was gross and dissatisfactory to say the least

The toilet is horrible because the flush was broken when we took a "potty" it won't sink in!
