no maid service in 3 days didn't realize that no daily housekeeping service; some areas seemed "run down." We had to take out our own trash. We have asked our employer to never book this hotel again.

What a nightmare! Avoid this place. Overnight staff was less than helpful in resolving issues. They only caused confusion and irritation and need serious problem resolution training. I would never stay there again nor recommend this hotel to anyone.

An OK hotel close to most shopping Was a little disappointed by the fact that this hotel is an extended stay, yet the living area was not comfortable. Beds and kitchen, no couch or comfortable chair/ottoman or recliner. Extra $$ for housekeeping was a surprise.

Won't stay any Extended Stay America again. Nothing looks as exactly same as website shows, pretty bad. After we entered the room, it looks like the bed sheet doesn't change at all.

NOT GOOD Musty smell was prevalent. It took three calls to the front desk to get a blow dryer. Not a pleasant stay!
