May be okay for some people. We reserved this hotel about a month prior to our trip. When we arrived, the hotel really wasn't what we expected. The lobby was small, and it was more run down than we thought it would be. The hotel staff makes good and sure the guests know that it is a no smoking facility and even took copies of our IDs in case someone was caught smoking in their room. Third World H&ll Hole Picture a run down tenement house in any movie about a down on his luck junkie, and you can almost get an image of how terrible this place is. No maid service, so you bring your dirty linens to the front desk and exchange them for clean. They messed up my booking and fortunately hotels.com went the extra mile to find me another hotel during the busy hotel week of the year in Salt Lake City. They close their front desk at 11 p.m., so if you have an issue, it better be able to wait until the next morning.... read more

Staff attitude disgusting We came back and room was not cleaned and the beds not made no clean towels our toilet got blocked so I called reception and was told to sort it myself NO NO NO I will never stay again and I will put my experience on Trip advisor and I have never done this before but I find this so bad people must KNOW about it and it was not a $20 a night hotel DB from the UK

Not clean! The fridge was disgusting! It had soda spills, crumbs, and food stains all over the inside! Thankfully, the manager on duty offered to clean it right away, but I think it should have been cleaned before we even checked in. The cabnets in the kitchen were also pretty dirty. The service desk closed at 11pm and there was no "assigned house keeping" so you had to go down stairs for everything in a timely matter. Bed was uncomfortable and the AC unit needs cleaning. Woke up with irritated, red eyes due to allergies. Positive was the staff was extremely friendly and recommended an excellent restaurant in walking distance to the hotel.

dirty sticky floors and unstocked kitchen utinsels not good. Staff too busy to be helpful and room was dirty and under stocked. Would not return - not enough help to address my concerns. Don't have any hope for improvements.
