房間空接還算可以，但清潔程度非常糟，抽屜和冰箱都留下之前房客的垃圾，廁所洗手台水流下很慢，馬桶也不乾淨
Intense Smoke Smell I got stuck with a room that must have had a chain smoker in there prior to me even though the entire facility was supposed to be smoke free. They were sold out and I had no other options. Their only answer was Fabreeze. On top of it the towels we're disgusting- stained and ragged.

You get what you pay for While staff was very polite, the hotel smelled like cigarettes and fish. Our tub did not drain, so we were too grossed out to shower. The window only had darkening curtains. We wanted to let in some light but then anyone from outside could look in. The pillows were little squares, very uncomfortable. At breakfast, the creamer was watered down. The coffee bitter. We got this room cheap and well that's where the good stopped. It was just meant to be quick getaway.
Bad Experience!! Had a very bad experience from the staff at reception. They wanted me to kick out before my checkout date. I dont know how your system works. I was having reservation till from Monday till Friday and the lady at reception called me and ask me to vacate the room. I dont mind there could be confusion but the way she was talking, its very very rude. I felt like I am intruder who forcefully enter in their hotel without paying them. closes at 11 cant get in after 11 I got there last night at 11;05 pm and they would not let me know ( because they were closed ) What hotel closes? So last night I had to go find a new hotel, while this hotel keeps my money. NEVER BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL!!!!!!
Not Like California Extended Stay Hotels Just the as the Title say Not Like California Extended Stay Hotels,where you can enjoy stay in clean rooms with fully equipped kitchen.That's not a case with Extended Stay Hotels in UTAH.Rooms i stay was not clean really carpet was dirty ,chair under computer desk was so dirty that you can even think to sit. DO NOT RECOMMEND The customer service is awful. More than once they would come to clean my room and not leave enough towels, shampoo, soap, etc. Once, they didn't even change my sheets. The hotel is loud and they are constantly doing maintenance with VERY little warning and at weird times they will enter your room to take care of various "issues".

Never again Not that clean, dirty microwave (very),floor not vacuumed well. The room has a kitchen, but what is the point with no pots or pans or utensils. The so called continental breakfast is well below competitive standards. To top it off there is no ice machine on the property.
