Great location, historic hotel, Union Sq. best I loved the entrance to the hotel and it's historic significance. The staff was friendly, and service was good. However, there was no real explanation as to how to get to your floor at the elevator entrance. The bed was hard, although the linens were awesome. There was a moldy smell in the room, which was NOT okay for someone with allergies. Room was really nice, Really Clean, $ Affordable I was shocked and the price being that low for the quality of the room, the kitchenette was cool although i had no intention on using it

I'd stay here again. Make sure you check your email for proper phone number if you intend to arrive after desk closes. Late night staff was friendly however my check in took a bit of time due to my late night arrival which isn't the best when you are arriving exhausted.

Nice hotel, close to South Town Exposition Center Worth the money so we could dine in. Staff was extremely helpful, especially Chelsea. Enjoyed our stay, even though it was a business trip.

OK for the price We checked in 6 rooms with 8 people and it took more than half an hour to check in.
