Great Value I've used this hotel several times in the past. The staff is always great. It is now non-smoking which is good. Location with the shopping and restaurants is a plus.

Good enough, no complaints. Very adequate, kitchen facilities always handy, bed was very comfortable, quiet area.

Convenient and comfortable holiday digs The Extended Stay America was a perfect place to stay close to my family over Christmas but still have our own comfortable space. Having a kitchenette was super convenient to heat up holiday treats. The staff was very accommodating to our requests for dishes and extra blankets. I wouldn't call the breakfast a continental breakfast, it's just a few baskets of muffins and oatmeal packets, but it was convenient when we needed to supplement. Meh I'd rather stay somewhere a little nicer with an elevator. That being said, if you do stay here, the staff are all really nice.

Serviceable The room we had was very clean; it was also minimalist in design and comfort. The staff was accommodating. The breakfast was minimal. Creature comforts were addressed but in minimal ways.

Vacation from the UK meeting Family living closeby Hotel was local to a large Mall. Couple of all day Diners, Petrol Stations etc!! Good value for the money £35 per night inc a grab and go Breakfast. Bathroom had a tub and a great shower. Only downside was that you had ask for every item like plug for sink so that you could wash pots, and a spatula for the frying pan that we asked for earlier.
