It was very nice and would highly recommend anyone Clean, Staff Friendly, bed clean and comfortable, easy to access grocery, shopping, and etc. great experience and would highly recommend it to anyone to give it a try.

no pool; morning "coffee bar" was minimal; noisy--I heard my upstairs neighbors most of the night; bathroom fan was VERY loud.

Ok The hotel was nice and overall pretty clean although the night staff was not friendly at all. The person that checked me in was very cold and did not make me feel welcome. She put me in a dirty room initially and when I told her about there was no apology. Her attitude put me in a bad mood. Morning person was much better so this was isolated. Other than that sheets could have been cleaner. I'd rate it 3/5

I wish the rates wouldn't fluctuate so much other than that it was great

very clean, comfortable and above all - quiet! pleasantly surprised - very reasonable price, so was expecting average, but it was better than average. A good value.

SLC I needed a hotel and found this one on Hotels.com. It was supposed to be non-smoking, but the room smelled terribly of cigarettes. The tub wouldn't drain either. Overall, it was okay, but the cigarette thing really bothered me.

Could have gotten a better deal directly So I overheard some customers staying for 6 days and paying less. The online print out said that a shuttle is available. No shuttle.

Poor A/C It was cooler in the hallway than my room. A/C would not stay on even on "high cool". Due to a full hotel, we couldn't be moved. Due to it being an Expedia booking, there was nothing they could do to make up for my discomfort (I.e. Refund etc....). Chealsey at the front desk was really nice.
