Accommodating and comfortable We arrived early and exhausted after driving 12 hours and Sammie let us check in early. We were so grateful! The only complaint was that I had to request dishes three times and only got a pan when I physically walked down to the front desk and asked for it. The room was clean and comfortable. Wish there was a pool, though! Hotel is next to Texas Road House, Starbucks, Macy's, and other shopping.
kind staff members but smoke smelling room the staffs are awesome. super nice and caring the only downside was the smell of the room. I had a king suite with two tvs, pull out sofa and king size bed awesome price but just wished it didn't smell
Front desk staff were great ! Excellent value, clean and quiet. Would definitely recommend it.

Good hotel for one night or extended stay I had the impression that most guests were there for an extended period, and that I as a one-night guest was a bit unusual. The hotel building seems relatively new. The common areas and my room were clean and well-maintained. My room was quite large and included (beside a queen bed) a kitchenette with stove / microwave / refrigerator, a normally-sized bathroom, and a decently sized desk / kitchen table. Amazing Getaway!! We came into town for the Dirty Bird Mud run. We got in super late on Friday night and unfortunately had to wait a little longer than expected due to the night audit running. I completely understood that as I used to work in a hotel and know exactly how that works. The room was great and very clean. Caleigh was a big help when I came down to the desk to get a few things including bandaids. Just a recommendation, you should have more available in your first aid kit. Loved this place. Very fresh, clean and comfortable. The only negative was "free Wi-Fi" When you are there you get a choice for this or upgrade at a cost for faster Wi-Fi. I think that this is cheesy. Either give free Wi-Fi or not but don't do this. Also the free one was slow, and undependable.

I added a night after my first reservation. I told them that I would be there for 3 nights instead of two. After the first night while out for breakfast they called and left a message that my husband should come back and take his belonging out of our room!!! I called them back and said they were with my belongings and do I need to find another place to stay!! They did say sorry. Can't they communicate from shift to shift. And you should get an ice machine!
