Suprised it wasn't raided! This hotel was just short of section 8 housing or a meth lab. I was disgusted by the smell, carpet, and filth in the bathroom. There were hairs in the tub. No one cleaned my room in the 4 days I was there and if I hadn't prepaid through Hotels.com I would have walked out. The neighbor had a constantly barking dog. My key decided it didn't want to work at 1am and NO FRONT DESK! I had to call a special number so the non-english speaking cleaning crew could assist. NEVER AGAIN!
Poor service It took forever to get checked in. When I arrived there was no one at the desk to check in and it took forever for someone to finally show up. When they did they had to run up to the room to make sure it was clean. The whole process took about 30 minutes. Then when I got up to my room I reserved a smoking room. There was no ashtray. The channels selection was poor and the handle on the toilet felt like it was about ready to break off. Overall I would never stay there again.
Not what I expected Lobby was cluttered with boxes and junk, the carpet was dirty and the elevator stunk. The one staff member at the front desk was friendly and polite. I felt bad for her, such a nice person stuck in such a cruddy place. I wanted to rescue her. The hall was dirty and stunk. not good the staff was top notch. Everything else was a disappointment
Very Plain The front desk was closed when I got there and the room was as plain as could be. Bed was a king but not comfortable at all. For a low cost room it could be worse- this is in a good area of town- but it's not a nice place to stay.
