good night The staff was not very friendly. Would not except my credit card nore help to resolve situation. Hotel is in good location
Peanuts bar for breakfast and No Gym The location was 20 minutes away from my location and plus did not have Gym and for breakfast, we had peanut bars.

Hotel People were yelling and shouting all night, doors are noisy can't sleep at all. Air conditioning unit don't work well.

Just because it's rady This stay was not as nice. We got the kitchen equipment, plates bowls, toaster,... The plates were dirty and they didn't supply dish soap. Then to add to the stay my husband called the front desk for a hair dryer and they were out. But, for the price and connivence to Snowbird/Alta Starbucks and Wholefoods I would stay there again.
Poor customer service The hotel was fine. The staff was young and didn't have a clue about good customer service. I watched them wait onother individuals with indifference which bordered on rudeness. My eexperience was similar.

Dirty Carpets Carpets dirty and smelly.
Not so great I got bit by a dog in the parking lot and no one seemed to think that was a big deal. The 2 beds are also not queen size and the room wasn't very clean

Do not ever send me back there! The written email to our agency by our visiting artist described an experience that she does not want to repeat. She asked that I clearly state to Expedia that this chain of hotels say one thing and offer another. They advertise that they have a stove, refrigerator and utensils and plates and pots, skillets, pans. it was not clear to her that she would arrive in a room without any of these necessities.
