Ok, but weird. The hotel was a little different, they didn't provide a coffee pot, but you had to got to the front desk and request one. They didn't provide house keeping, I had to bring them my towels and request replacements. Never been in a hotel like this! Also, the "Breakfast on the Go" was a joke! Second rate fruit and terrible tasting granola bars were the only things they offered! I won't be staying there again . . . EVER! Cancel my reservation without notifying me Worse experience ever. Second time booking extended stay. First time was office closed at 11pm and no one let me check in. This time, they overbooked and cancelled my reservation without notifying me. I got there in the middle of the night and wondering around on the street to look for a hotel to stay. I however, called the hotel in the afternoon before I got on the plane and they didn't mention anything to me.

They cut corners everywhere they can Perhaps it was in the fine print, but I think it should be pointed out that this place does not provide daily maid service UNLESS YOU PAY FOR IT! You can get new towels if you take them to the front desk. That wouldn't be a big deal IF their prices were noticeably lower than places which take care of such things every day or as needed.

musty Moldy smell I have stayed at several extended stay America's in the salt lake city valley they all have a musty moldy odor which makes it difficult to get a good nights rest. I don't know if it's the air conditioner, the carpet or something else. I have reported it to management numerous times but they seem to be unwilling or unable to do anything about it.
My daughter and I checked in fairly late because we spent all day shopping and then caught a late show. I booked online and upon arriving at the hotel we had to wait several minutes for the front desk clerk (Cherie) to decide to unlock the door for us to get in. Then when inside she was very rude and unfriendly acting like it was such a big deal that we checked in late. Not sure what it matters when you get there because we paid the same price. Extended stay away First thing front desk gave me keys that did not work. Went back to desk and attendant reprogramed the keys. I asked what the problem was ans she replied Did you put the key by a cell phone? I answered no. She then asked if I had put it in my wallet next to other credit cards? I answered possibly. She then tried filling me with some story about how credit cards have permenant mag strip and they will erase the non permenant keys mag strip. There is no truth to this at all. It was OK, BUT............ I don't know where they get their toilets, but be careful when sitting on them because you'll dip your hand (along with other stuff) in the water. The beds were rather hard and the A/C unit was really loud cycling on & off. On the plus side there was a great kitchen with a full size refrigerator. Probably would think about it before staying there again. Location was not convenient to I-15.
Horrible Beds, Lousy Towels, No Services We found the place relatively low quality. The carpets were stained, the beds were like sleeping on layers of cardboard and the towels were few (2) and abrasive (one washcloth??). It's the kind of place where your mind wanders into darkness about what may be lurking underneath the bed and other furniture. Business trip located in a good area for my visit. room could have been cleaner. most of the staff was friendly.
