Good location, but what a dump This was one of poorly constructed buildings I've stayed in. It was too noisy to get a good night's sleep. The 1/4 to 1/2 inch space under the door let hallway noise. I could hear noise from the rooms on all four sides (& I'm not sound sensitive at all). I doubt the mold in the bathroom nor the elevator fire-stop door being propted open with a wedge are safe.

Great Staff, rooms and area could be better. Room was decent however there was hair on the sheets and ants in the room. The A/C would blow super cold then turn off making the room warm unable to keep the fan going to circulate air. Staff was extremely friendly. Homeless occupied parking lot with bbq's and sleeping bags. Would stay if all others are booked but would not make it a priority hotel. The staff offset the bad points of the hotel.

BEDBUGS Fort Union is beautiful. I was there for business and loved the area. Unfortunately the hotel had bedbugs and I woke up with one crawling on me! Seriously disgusting. The hotel was gracious and refunded me for my stay. I was there just that one night and moved down the street to a bedbug free hotel.

Not Impressed Not impressed with the rooms or overall. The first room I was in "for about 10 minutes" smelled like a bunch of wet dogs spent the night in there. The windows were open with the air condition as low as possible and as I took off my shoes my socks were instantly soaked. I guess they cleaned the carpet trying to get the dog smell out. My 12Hour Stay... Was much too long! Checked in around 7pm... Had to switch rooms within an hour of check in, due to cleanliness as well as toilet issue's.. Lady in charge of desk that evening wasn't as friendly or compassionate as most hotel staff I've encountered in past. She put me in another room on a different floor, near the desk. Already inconvenienced and uncomfortable the room I was switched for also had cleanliness issue's as well as maintenance issues.. Not sure I should give a review We could not move to a new hotel' because we prepaid for the hotel and could not get a refund The refrigerator was broken and they had to replace. TV did not work. They got it working They had at least 5 major carpet stains and the room smelled like men's shaving cream everytime you walked into the room. The bath tub had black on the bottom. The whole room felt dirty.
Disappointed I was disappointed with our 4 day stay. Hotel lobby was under construction and difficult to enter and exit with children as only one door was manually accessible. The staff was courteous but unorganized. Our room was not cleaned well; bathroom sink didn't drain and hair was left throughout. Parking was full most of the time. For the price, it was ok but I would've rather spent a little more for a better stay.

front desk The Front desk aren't very helpful or professional. I was wanting to stay an additional night, and instead of them just charging for the night over the phone in the hotel room, they told me to go get back online and book the hotel again and come all that way back downstairs to "'re-check in" when I was already in the room with my 8 month old infant. Completely unnecessary, they could have been much more helpful and considerate.
