Full of Allergens, Run Down, Little Maintenance I have stayed at this hotel several times and had similar problems each time. This hotel has vegetation that is very hyperallergenic, you can't open the windows without getting the allergens in at night. When I asked to be moved to another room the air conditioner was not working and had to be moved again. still had the same problem. Up most of the night. This hotel does nothing to fix their problems. The staff is friendly but can only do so much.

hotel was full of burned odor, could not sleep. Housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired, carpets not vacuumed, dirty dish towels. Chose this hotel because of location and price.

no gym The site says there is a gym that they are affiliated with but apparently their contact ended and they never updated their information. It also stars that they clean the rooms once per week but that's also incorrect... They clean every 8th day.

Not worth the discounts Cups had cracks/chips; Mattress had holes, sheets didn't fit properly; pillows were flat; room had a odor to it; people in other rooms were smoking; carpet was dirty (needed to be vacuumed)

Not the best. The kitchen faucet leaked and they did not send anyone up to fix it until after a second call a few days later. The shower head is so noisy that it wakes up the neighbors and shakes violently! We were promised that would be replaced but was not.

The room was half finished, we were contacted by the manager and were told we would receive a free night stay coupon but it has never been sent to us, this was over a week ago, so now we will have to start contacting the hotel to see where our "free night" is, this was very inconvenient but I thought it was going to be made right with the free night but now its going to be made inconvenient trying to get the coupon...

Major plumbing issues We had to change rooms right away because our toilet seemed as though it was going to flood. We tried to call down for a plunger and the staff told us we could come get one! We had already changed into our pajamas so we figured we would wait it out. It ended up flooding so we had to change rooms...to another room with old plumbing!

No hot water! I booked this room for my 85-year-old aunt and her grandsons for one night. After arriving late at night, they awoke for an early departure only to find they didn't have any hot water. It was 15 degrees outside! The best they could do was offer an extra night's stay - not much good if you are in town for only one night. I called to register a complaint the next day. The manager was not available and was told I would be contacted the following day. It's been four days and still nothing in the way of an apology.

My stay I was very disappointed with he hotel in general. I'm guessing I was in a bad neighborhood because I checked in around 10:00 and there was a barrier up that I had to talk through. Carpet throughout was very worn and dirty and the rooms were a but rundown and looked as if repairs were done by an unknowledgeable handyman (holes in doors covered by pieces of wood). The whole place needs updating in the worse way. I need to go back through there and I will look for somewhere else to stay.
