Not customer friendly! Didn't stay. They could not find my booking and would not give me wi-fi connection to pull up my confirmation. Front desk area was very dirty and unorganized. Carpet dirty and papers scattered on all the desk tops behind the checking counter.offered me a room at their higher rate.
The roach motel! This hotel is a dump. Seriously, its so out of dated and trashed inside. Spend the extra money and stay at a nicer place!

Good for long economical stay only I recently stayed there for a couple fo days. The only issue with the hotel is the carpet has lot of stain marks, looks untidy . Apart from the old carpet which is pretty repelling rest is good in this hotel. Staff friendly. Bathrooms clean. TV has show time and other interesting channels. Internet is free but very slow. great location.......disappointing room Great location........room needed upgrading, work was going on around the hotel. Opened the curtains first morning in my underwear to see a workman at my window!!!! The bathroom was a joke......no shower curtain, so you can imagine the amount of water flowing onto the floor, and to top it off, if we needed clean towels, then we had to go to reception, hand in our old towels(very wet) to receive new towels. Nice room. Awful other Rooms are OK for the price. Halls especially carpet are the dirtiest I've seen anywhere. It feels like a ghetto until you get into your room and lock the door.

The location was perfect. Right in the middle of the valley. Close to shopping, movies and freeways. The room was not bad and was nice with the kitchen. But the hallways were dirty. Carpet stained and the stairways stunk.
give me smoking room Was booked non-smoking room but gave me smoking one, told me nonsmoking all unavailable, bad service and no remote for the tv, ask fd for the remote and got ignored..........
