for early Drs appointment When we arrived the desk clerk must have been new because he was very flustered. He went t0 the back and ask for help twice before someone finally came out. She never even look up at us. she punched a couple buttons on the computer and returned to the back. When we got to the room it at first looked clean, and the kitchen area was nice. Smoke We had a non smoking room that very obviously smelled like smoke

BAD NEIGHBORHOOD THE HOTEL WOULD BE OK IF WASNT FOR THE BAD NEIGHBORHOOD NEVER LET YOUR CAR OUT SIDE WITH YOUR BELONGS INSIDE I DID AND THEY BROKE IN AND TOOK EVERYTHING AND FOR MY SURPRISE THEY DONT HAVE SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS .
The hotel is old and not clean. I want come again . However, the price was cheap.

Worst Stay Experience Worst Experience, Rooms are toilets are not clean , no one cleaned even after complaint

Didn't feel safe! Great staff, clean room. Didn't feel safe with transients outside and a room card left on the side door for anybody to get in. There was a lot of smoke in the first room, so we had to have a room change.

Nie wieder Ankunft nach 23 Uhr. Lobby verschlossen. Rezeptionstelefon defekt. Das Staybridge Suites Salt Lake (Nachbarhotel) hat netterweise fuer uns angerufen, damit uns geoeffnet wird. Unfreundlicher Empfang. Alles Formalitaeten durch ein Gitter an der Rezeption erledigt (Knastfeeling). Das Hotel machte keinen sehr sauberen Eindruck und es war sehr laut dort. Nach 1 Nacht konnten wir zum Glueck ins Staybridge Suites wechseln
they never wrote our $100 deposit So they kept it Stayed for 2 weeks. Had to carry our towels to the front desk to get new ones and they never cleaned or offered. Then they didnt write down our $100 deposit so then when we left they refused to give it back yo us.
