Poor overall service and checkin expereince When I arrived, the main door was locked, felt likme I was in a bad area though I was not. I had to ring to get in. When I was booked in I was given my room, took the attendant about 10 minutes which was ridiculous, went to my room and someone was already booked into my room so had to come back and wait so they could find my a room. Dog Barking was Constant There were at least three dogs in the room across from us and they barked ALL morning long. The staff could do nothing because the owners were out. Dog friendly hotels are fine but require they be crated and if barking persists and the owners cannot be reached, the hotel has the right to remove the dogs. Also, this is an extended stay hotel with a mini kitchen. However, there are no pots and pans or dishes of any kind. Who travels with kitchen supplies? The room looked nothing like the pictures. Did not have anything promised. It was dirty. We booked for 3 adults during our stay. We were given 1 towel. No coffee pot or anything else. It was filthy. Didn't take a shower because it had not been cleaned, nor did it have hot water. Very gross and scary activity.

Air conditioner did not work. When informed, staff did not offer to move us. When asked what we could do to get a cooler room response was 'I don't know, open a window'

Sleeping in the Rain I lost my ID on my way to this location. Not having a picture ID even though I had an itinerary number and a wallet full on NON picture cards and such, I was not allowed to check in. SO make copies and carry copies of your ID JUST IN CASE although Im not sure they would take copies. Better check with them first. I coudnt even rent a car to sleep in again no ID

Dirty and outdated First, I chose this hotel because of the location and it was inexpensive. So I was not expecting a super nice room. But the room should have at least been clean. The sheets had been changed and that's about it. The bathroom stunk like someone had recently used it. There was hair all over the shower (not mine) and the end tables all had sticky stuff on them. Extended Stay Horror Don't go here. The staff is rude and it is in a gang infested part of town. The staff is rude and almost mean! Stay fear of this place!
