traveling family The rooms were good, their web site said they had an indoor pool, I had 4 kids that were happy to go swimming, come to find out they didn't have a swimming pool. Disappointed my kids and myself. They need to update their web site with the right information! Other than that we liked the rooms with the kitchenette.
Cancelled reservation upon arrival After waiting at the door of the lobby for 10 minutes at 12:30am, the front desk person buzzed me in. I had made a reservation on Expedia. When they looked up my name, they said, "sorry - we're full. You'll have to call Expedia for a refund. There may be other hotels nearby with rooms. Good luck."
NOT a good experience I made the reservation before traveling to Salt Lake. I called to tell them that I would be coming in late... after midnight because my airplane did not land until 12:12 AM. I called from the Salt Lake airport to see if they had airport shuttle, was told they didn't. I also confirmed my reservation. So I caught a cab, went to the motel. Overall bad!! Find another option! Funny smell in building, no daily maid service in rooms or hallways. There was a crumbled up pop tart in the hallway for three days. Uncomfortable beds and booking mistakes! Not impressed, wont stay here again
Nightmare! Where to start. The room smelled terrible but they were overbooked so we couldn't move rooms. The window tracks were broken so we couldn't air the room out. The elevator was broken for 24 hours. The kitchen faucet was broken so no cold water. Our toilet clogged up at 5pm and we were told they couldn't fix it until the next day. My husband talked the clerk into letting him into the maintenance closet to find the tools to fix it himself. We finally left a day early because we couldn't take anymore.
Dissapointing! It was dingy, elevator was very dirty, staff was not very welcoming and the room just felt uncomfortable.

rude staff The staff at this hotel is really rude and don't seem to care
needs repair I am stayed at a number of extended Stay America none of them seem to do any maintenance on the air conditioning, bathroom fans nothing that requires repair
