I booked the extended-stay for the full kitchen with the oven in the refrigerator, but they refuse to give me dishes or pots and pans because I wasn’t staying at least five days the breakfast that the state is free complementary breakfast is a muffin, a granola bar, coffee, or tea they wouldn’t give me plastic utensils, stating they didn’t have any but they had spoons out for breakfast. She gave me two paper plates for three days day. I had to go to the store and buy everything to cook.

I was not able to check in. When I arrived at the property they told me that they had over booked and that there was no more rooms for me to stay. I was extremely upset because it was late at night and I had to scramble to look for another hotel room at another hotel. Luckily I was able to find one that accommodated me. This hotel didn’t even call me to notify of if the situation.

We had lost our home to a fire and I had also suffered a pretty bad leg injury when we booked to stay here.I liked that they had a full kitchen so I could still cook for my husband and two sons.A couple days in we were awaked by banging,it was housekeeping,from that day on we were woken up by banging everyday,the whole staff was incredibly rude to my whole family making a large portion of our stay somewhat uncomfortable and even more frustrating then our life already was! The common areas smelled terrible. The front desk people did not greet us and showed up to register us in their pajamas. Terrible experience.

No breakfast as seen on website. You can smell the pet smell in the room once you enter the rooms . Toilets were clogged . And constant dripping in the shower area . You have to remove your own trash

The room was big which was good for our family. But the AC didn’t work all weekend so it was hot in our room the restroom everytime we used it we had to plunge it and all they did was give a $20 credit!!!
