The location is great, there is a Denny’s right across from the hotel! The staff is friendly!\n\nThe toilet in our room stopped working on our second day,) but they couldn’t get anyone to fix it, due to the Super Bowl! We also didn’t get an option to move rooms. Thank goodness we were leaving the next morning.

Comfy clean rooms, modern style, lots of outlets and lights, very nice front desk, and near many restaurants with nightlife like O'Sullivans. We had a great time!\n\nEverything was great!

I was pleasantly surprised! It appears that the Extended Stay America in Carlsbad has had some renovations. The room was clean, the shower was brand new and worked like a charm! The staff is so friendly and very helpful. They made our stay easy!\n\nNo.

refrig. microwave\n\nThe curtains couldn't close completely and the woman at the receptionist desk didn't know how to fix them nor did she find anyone that could assist. I don't even think she tried to find some one in the few days that I stayed there. Bad c/s

The location in Carlsbad is 3 blocks from my son and his family!\n\nThe shower - I've already had a discussion with the staff (who are amazing) and an they assigned someone quickly to fix it - not 100% but better.

The location and the room, it was very clean and a good size\n\nTheir breakfast was hardly a breakfast and the check in process a little dicey as the staff was airing their dirty laundry between each other as myself and other guests were checking in, it was very awkward

Pool area was good and dishes provided\n\nRoom only got cleaned 1 time during my stay
