Booked a room for my father for 2 weeks at this hotel while we were looking for local apartments. The front staff was obviously new, not trained properly and rude. The shower leaked in the first room with a paint smell. We asked maintenance to fix but they never came. There is constant renovation going on with hammering and it is not relaxing. After checking several extended-stay hotels in the north county area, I chose this one because of the extraordinary personal attention, bright smiley face, and customer service of Marisol Mujica. I have been here since April and I have had ample opportunity to witness her commitment to getting the job done, taking care of people who check in and her staff. Crappy service even the manager Marisol or Maribel absolutely did not have good managers with clients. House keeping does not have any cleaning experience and this hotel had cracked up walls where you could see the bones of the structure and also had roaches and said that they had cleaned the room. We had also asked for a room that didn't have pets because of allergies but they didn't seem to be accommodating when the room was booked they where told about animal allergies

Worst service I have ever experienced. Drove 3 hours to get here and the woman working at the front desk gave our room away to a woman with the same first name. Refused to check and see if she might have got the other confirmation confused.was very defensive and was not professional at all. She refused to accommodate even after we over heard her talking to the manager saying they had extra rooms that checked out early. General Manager of this property Marisol has everything in order and this place has a lovely and friendly Business environment. The Staff is full of smiles and very attentive to their task at hand. And it looks very nice upon arrival.
