n/a\n\nfirst set of rooms that we were given smelled like mold, we were moved to another set of rooms that smelled like burnt electronics. we were told there was nothing they could do. this ruined our vacation. that hotel should be less than 1 star rating.

Location...\n\nShampooing carpets on the hallway and expected customers to deal with noise. When I notified them that it was unacceptable hotel staff expected me to ask the carpet personnel when they would end, which I ended doing to get some sleep.

Location\n\nThe continental breakfast was a joke, I had to wait a while because they're was nobody at the front desk. Also they don't offer maid service unless your staying more than 7 nights.

The Staff was friendly\n\nThe room was smoked in when promised a non-smoking room.

It did not have a sofa bed, as listed. The pool was sort of green. The room had a weird smell. The only receptionist wasn't there when we wanted to check in. The "breakfast" was just hot drinks and prepackaged muffins and granola bars.

Location\n\nThe staff was rather impersonal. The bedding was old. No in-room hairdryer???

Size of room and laminate floors.\n\nSmell of smoke and the refrigerator kept making knocking noises all night. Staff was unfriendly and very slow.

Far too close to freeway, with constant freeway noise within room. Walls far too thin, so woken up by activity in next room at 2 in the morning. Air conditioning controls did not work. No bedside table or lamp. Inside of clothes cabinet drawer dirty.
