Family vacation The hotel was ok. They did not have shampoo or conditioner and told us to get it from the grocery store. Once they did not have towels when we needed them and they said we had to wait until the towels are out of the dryer. It was nice having kitchen.

Awesome Value for an Overnight Stay-cation This was out first time staying at this hotel. We were skeptical, but since they are listed at pet-friendly, we were excited since we were taking our two small ones with us. The reception lady was pleasant and informative, the lobby was clean and attractive and it was quiet. Our room was quite spacious! i love the fact that wifi was included, a well as the kitchen amenities and large bed. A...

Accessible, Basic, Clean Easy in and out, clean, but no shampoo/conditioner, clocks were not set correctly, and breakfast bar was slim. Easy to get to off of the freeway. Would not pay over $100 a night.

Cozy but... I was booked into a smoking room. I complained and was moved into another smoking room that didn't smell as bad but still smelled of smoke. No batteries in the remote for the TV. Just a microwave oven in the room. No toaster oven or convection oven.

not bad. I will stay there again Only stay there for one night. rooms and hotel are clean but my only reason that dont give them five on everything is because is next to the freeway. Althoung I could not hear anything at night.

Definitely worth it! The staff is super friendly and helpful with answering any questions you may have. Having the mini kitchen in the room was awesome and made our stay that much easier. For the price and location there is nothing better! Only a couple blocks walking distance from downtown Carlsbad.

below par the room was decent but missing the basic ammenities. the room was without soap and shampoo and conditioner.

I always bring my own shampoo I always bring my own shampoo and conditioner when I travel but if you don't that might be a minus. I thought the place was nice, clean, and had a great location. I liked having a fridge, microwave, and untensils. The bed was pretty comfortable considering I have a double pillow top at home. They don't have breakfast but they do have an in room coffee machine. Niether of which I use...
