Air conditioning unit made a clunk sound when it turned off and on. The front desk put a maintenance order for it. A little noisy being next to the freeway but not bad.

Furnishings are cheap and worn but reasonably comfortable. Rooms are reasonably quiet given the close proximity of the highway.

What started off as a rough start to our stay (went to check in with our reservation and the hotel was overbooked)— ended up becoming a great experience. The front desk was accommodating and fixed the situation quickly allowing us to stay for a wonderful two days. I love the ESA atmosphere and room lay out. 10/10 would recommend the kind lady at the front desk Gladys. She is patient, kind, & understanding. I will be returning to this location for another stay
