What started off as a rough start to our stay (went to check in with our reservation and the hotel was overbooked)— ended up becoming a great experience. The front desk was accommodating and fixed the situation quickly allowing us to stay for a wonderful two days. I love the ESA atmosphere and room lay out. 10/10 would recommend the kind lady at the front desk Gladys. She is patient, kind, & understanding. I will be returning to this location for another stay

Had good stay Had to stay for two nights because I had a procedure at the hospital. So for what I needed it for it fit the bill. Realized staying in a hotel I was way use to staying in air b&b’s. I was use to having kitchen stuff on hand. It was clean, and served it purpose. I was even relieved to know that I was in a downstairs unit because of the procedure I was having.
Everything was perfect ! The only thing I didn’t like was that you had to pay for parking even tho your parking inside the establishment
