Sorry but not sorry It’s an over priced location as far as conditions of the property but it is excellent for its physical location being centrally located and the customer service can go either way some staff are nice and polite and some are far from but what can you do

We liked the location safety and parking. We noticed the chair in the room was a little weathered. Our stay served it's purpose. A comfortable good night's sleep. Thank you.

This property is nice, equipped with kitchen and ask them for vessels. We are traveling with aged people and asked for downstairs room and they said nothing available, we were sad because they can't take stairs and they don't have elevators. Breakfast options are standard, we are fine with that. Parking is not free, so make sure you have to pay 5$ per night.
I was a little nervous that other reviewers had stated that the rooms weren't very clean. However, we found that they were clean and as expected. The take-and-go breakfast was a nice bonus as well (coffee, hot chocolate, tea, assorted granola bars, assorted instant oatmeal, and blueberry/chocolate muffins). Would definitely stay here again!

Not satisfied I had clearly mentioned that we were going to be 3 people, yet there was no bedding for the sofa bed and I had to request it . We checked in late at around 11.30 pm and this was extremely inconvenient. The room did not have any tea, coffee, mugs, napkins shampoo , and we had to go and request for these
