Dirty sheets and floor I really like extended stay because of the kitchen facilities. The room looked super initially with no carpet but then after walking bare foot on the pretty floors for a while noticed my feet were black! Got over that and then noticed there were at least 4 human hairs on the sheets when I turned the bed down. I got new sheets bit the desk clerk did not seem very upset at the findings. Decent room, bad service staff The location is great and the room is okay. They are currently undergoing a remodel so the property is nice but rooms smell like paint thinner. The service from staff is severely lacking. Our room was never stocked with towels and we were told to "find a housekeeper to get some".
Front desk Lady Sue Sue was amazing. I booked the wrong hotel and she helped me booked the correct one and after i got it booked the next day she refunded ghe remainder of my stay. She help it go very smooth. excellent asset to your business

Friendly staff, decent clean room. Location is nice, quiet, and safe, and not too far from downtown area.
Check in hassle and inconvenience. We were given an occupied room when we checked in. Upon opening the room I noticed that the beds were not done. We did not enter and went back to the front desk. I informed the front desk that perhaps the room was still occupied. They said they have to book us to another hotel since they have no more vacancy. But I still need to wait because the manager is still looking for one. It took several hours of waiting until surprisingly they gave us a room in the same hotel. I'm not going back to ... read more
