I had no problems with the hotel, enjoyed my stay, minutes away from downtown and Pacific Beach. Will definitely stay here again, the room was clean, fast check in/out service, and free parking.

It was convenient to walk to business function each day. It was clean but needs repairs. toilet kept running all night. Previous repairs, caulking etc not done well.

Initially, the hotel was over booked. I was in the lobby for about an hour attempting to reach Orbitz. The receptionist was in contact with Expedia, who claimed to be with Orbitz, but the call was dropped and they didn't call back. As I was attempting to call back, the receptionist made a decision to put me in a room, which turned out to be fine.

Friendly front desk staff. My family and I stayed for only one night. After a long day at Sea World it was nice to be welcomed by a friendly staff member who quickly got us our room. The room was roomy. My toddler had plenty of room to run around and he loved playing on the king size bed. My husband and I love the room set up. Having the kitchen with a fridge, stove, and microwave, a dinning area, and a closet was a nice touch. Too bad we didn't stay long enough to fully enjoy what the room had to offer.

Check in hassle and inconvenience. We were given an occupied room when we checked in. Upon opening the room I noticed that the beds were not done. We did not enter and went back to the front desk. I informed the front desk that perhaps the room was still occupied. They said they have to book us to another hotel since they have no more vacancy. But I still need to wait because the manager is still looking for one. It took several hours of waiting until surprisingly they gave us a room in the same hotel. I'm not going back to ... read more
