I like the fact that it is pet friendly and the staff that I have encountered with was super accommodating and friendly. The room and the facility or is very clean and tidy the outside area was clean but there was certain areas that was messy. The only thing that was a little disappointing with me is it said it has breakfast included but it was more of a coffee and snack bar.

Cockroach were in the bathroom and roaming inside bathtub. Clogged sink and front desk staff did not address situation and reason was it’s weekend and no maintenance available.

I checked in late (2am) from being at the hospital. I was woke up at 8am by load music being played

Poor housekeeping. Pungent stale odor in hallway and room. Had to go to Walmart and purchase disinfectant spray, cleaning supply, Swiffer mop and air fresheners. Just for my own well being.
