I was a bit disappointed. The guy at the front desk was very pleasant but a bit robotic in his answers and information. I had to ask for hangers and there was no hair dryer. The shower curtian was so thin and too long that it created a flood in the bathroom. Then when we asked for more towels to clean it up they asked me to return any unused towels! The grab n go breakfast is a nice thought but my apple was rotten. The room had a bad smell too.

Business response:

Thank you for your recent review of your stay. I am sorry to read that your shower curtain and the amenities in your room did not meet your expectations. We do offer hangers and hair dryers at the front desk upon request. I will share your feedback on your shower curtain with upper management so that it will be useful to us as we continually make improvements. As well, I regret to read that the fruit in our grab-and-go breakfast was not fresh. I met with the staff, and we will review the quality of our breakfast items to ens... read more

Don't waste your time or money. We paid for a King with our reservation, but got a Full Size bed. Pillows were flat & not comfortable. Good luck watching TV at night because it sits below the bed at a weird angle. Housekeeping only comes every 2 days (what hotel does this)!? Plus they charge $10 if you request housekeeping. Only 1 trash can in the room and that's in the bathroom- even though they have a kitchen (oh, without dishes, you can pay extra for those too).

smelly Went there for one night to go to a job interview the next day. No shampoo (they ran out) and no dryer in the room. I had to go downstairs and get the one dryer they had and had to sign for the thing Room was fine, things just seemed old, smelled like old man who smokes cheap cigarettes

Not recommended This is my review for another Extended Stay hotel. I was here on Business Trip. Got here as it said that the Hotel was recently renovated. I have serious doubts about that. Grab and Go Breakfast is nothing but coffee.. you are lucky to get it hot ! Please dont bother about anything else. JUST STAY AWAY.

Where's the shampoo? They said its a policy where they don't service rooms, you have to bring towels to the front desk to get clean ones, and they don't have shampoo supplied in the rooms already. Again they make you get it from the front desk. They don't even tell you that when you check in.

No more than 2 stars Beds are not comfortable and it's not a real breakfast (coffee and packaged muffins). It's not a 2 1/2 star place - 2 stars at best.

Good if you need an apartment style The hotel is a long stay style with kitchenettes. The walls and ceilings are thin, so get on the top floor. You have to bring your own soap and shampoo. The morning coffee is good, but only junk type food to grab and go. Probably decent for the price in San Diego. The rooms are nicer than Motel 6.
