Unpleasant experience. No clerks to receive us at check in. A large lady appeared from back room about seven minutes of waiting. She greets, "I'm on lunch break, so let's make this quick and since you're here for only two nights, there will be no housekeeping." Her lack of attention left us fending for ourselves. HVAC system made our room uninhabitable The hotel staff was very nice and permitted us to check in about a half hour early. The room was clean and big; no frills. The hotel is conveniently located. But I would not stay here ever again because of their climate control issues. The air conditioner located in the room was unable to regulate the temperature and the room would swing between considerably too hot and too cold. Horrible hotel Was checking in and there card reader was down had to wait some time just to check in. After that she checked me in and I was given a smoking king size room when I requested a non smoking. I went down stairs I was down graded to a non smoking queen size no reiburtment of money or anything ! Horrible customer service

Bad service ruins average hotel Hotel was average at best but the service was by far the worst I've ever experienced anywhere!!!
Basic, low quality, outdated comfort. As a last minute booking, Hotel staff was great and friendly and made call prior to my arrival to accommodate a late check in. Hotel property basic for this type of hotel. Room was decent enough size with a kitchenette. Room amenities only included soap and towels, tv, iron, and free wifi. Dirty smoking room I was given a smoking room even though I booked a non-smoking room. They were sold out as were their other properties in the area so I stayed. I had a headache just walking down the hallway to my room from the smoke exposure. Besides the smoke, the kitchenette had no plates, cups or utensils, let alone cookware, and the kitchen towels were dirty. I was creeped out, but only stayed in the room for 9 hours and most of that was sleeping. I will not be returning.
Muy caro para lo que es El peor hotel que he visitado, las habitaciones no hay shampoo, acondicionador ni secadora, no hay desayuno aunque según ellos es continental, el personal más o menos, las habitaciones con cortinas chuecas, etc nunca regresaría a ese lugar y menos recomendarlo, el jabón de baño huele feo es muy corriente, muy caro para el lugar donde está ubicado pobre
Cigarette smoke and dogs The hallways smell like cigarette smoke. There was a couple that had dogs in their room that won't stop barking. Big disappointed! !
Not worth for the money spent 1. No Room service for 7 days 2. Breakfast was pathetic(No Milk or bread) 3. Quality of the hotel was below standard. 4. Not worth for $150 per night
