Filthy room The room was filthy..You can hear everything upstairs and next room. Will never stay here again
too much noise We had a problem with the guest aboe us and continous noise all night long for fruday and Saturday. The clerk did contact but the guest continued making noise from 10pm to 6am in the morning.They did not have a place for us to move to.
Cold shower, slow internet Luke warm/tepid shower both mornings. Two mystery stains on the sheets. Slow internet, and $4 internet upgrade not worth it. Ran out of fruit for the 'grab-and-go' breakfast by the time I was out the door--8:00. Otherwise, generally clean and functional. Don't stay here if you're on a work trip and need a usable internet connection.
Horrible service, horrible room - will not use Room leaked from some problem upstairs or in the ceiling. When we made a complaint and requested a different room - we were told "that since we didn't purchase the room from them and used hotels.com, that we were out of luck." No room was provided, no repair was done, room just continued to leak the entire stay. Horrible service, horrible room - our company will not use this location again.

Horrible front desk hospitality My daughter and I only stayed for one night. When we arrived the front desk person, Janette was extremely unpleasant. She told me I booked a smoking room. I told her I could not have nor did I book a smoking room. Thank goodness I had my online reservation with me on my phone. She did not apologize for the error. I stayed 2 days in extended stay. Bathroom door lock was not working. they don't do room service on daily basis.

probably wont stay again room was very outdated. had a weird odor. only stay here if you are staying less than 2 days and on a budget. bed was very uncomfortable.
very poor service We were scheduled to stay 5 nights but checked out after 1. Checking in was a nightmare with a clerk who did not know what he was doing. Our room was short on pillows and other things. When calling the front desk to get some pillows, we found that we were talking to a central operator for all extended stays.
