Service good, staff nice, conditions on the poor side.
The morning staff was extremely rude. She saw my mother getting coffee and she started putting everything away without asking if she needed anything. We asked her a questions and she answered very rude. When we arrived at 3pm the staff was great and that was the only time. Will not be staying here again
It was an extended stay so there should have been utensils, plates & and maybe napkins but there was absolutely nothing!! Very disappointing! When I tried to call the front desk, I couldn't even find anything marked on the phone for it!! Overall I was glad it was only for 1 night!!!!
No daily Housekeeping Stay was fine and there was no housekeeping. I call front desk and she did not seem like it was a problem.
I specifically asked for a room that wasn't pet friendly due to allergies, but we found pet hair on chairs and floor and ended up having to take benadryl.

Rooms are filthy!!! Gigi the GM was rude and falsely accusing us for smoking in their nasty rooms .. will never stay here again .. the Rooms are disgusting and they are pet friendly so there was dogs barking all night long please don't book here ...

I won't even allow my dog to sleep here. We were on a family road trip this summer, so we made reservation in the this hotel because it had nice looking pictures online. To our surprise it was nothing compared to the pictures online. As soon as we walked into the lobby i noticed the place wasn't clean, we proceeded to check in because it was late at night and the kids were tired. San Diego Trip The room was pretty basic. There were no cups in the room and an inadequate number of towels for my family. We had to actually take our dirty towels to the front desk to exchange them for new ones. I'm don't think this is a customer friendly rule. The kitchen sink does not have a garbage disposal so the water was constantly pooling and not draining properly. Overall, I will not return to this hotel on a future visit to SD.
