a) Dirty. The room was clearly superficially cleaned. b) old, out dated. c) The bedding and sheets were smelly and old. Not properly washed. d) The bathroom was dirty (superficially cleaned) c) Room was supposed to come with toiletries, it came with one very small soap and no shampoo d) Towels were old and smelly e) The room was missing basic items like a blow-dryer NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY AT ANOTHER EXTENDED STAY AMERICA, NOT WORTH IT.
2 stars Rooms were old, smells. Staff was courteous.

Away from everything located near industrial No nice view. People were loud in the hallways. Very old fashioned inside. Bed was comfortable but won't ever stay there again. Unfriendly staff
This hotel is 0 star Hotel This hotel does not provide house keeping unless you stay longer than 8 days, you have to get your towels, toilet paper, and take out your trash. Staff is rude, breakfast is not breakfast, it's snacks. No pool or ice machine. The rooms stink and wall are thin, you can literally hear and smell your neighbors (gross). The wifi is slower than dial-up. Their are absolutely 0 amenities at this hotel. The only thing it has going for it is the location.
Worse place to stay!!!!! when we checked into the room it was still dirty&smelled bad,left for 5hrs returned still dirty.My husband went to talk to front desk manager she said she will move him to another room and that is all she could do when my husband got there the maid was cleaning that room and then my husband went down to the front desk and explained it and another made copped an attitude and spoke in Spanish and talking rude and didn't realize my husband speaks Spanish never an apology or anything from Manager on site... read more
Stayed here many times. The new policy of removing all dishes and appliances for the room and only providing them upon request is a very bad policy. I will never know if extended stay will reverse their thinking on this or not, because I will never stay at extended stay again. Have moved all of my employees across the street to the Holiday Inn. One thing I do know is if this policy is not reverse very soon, expended stay will no longer be in the hotel business.
No Internet! There was no Internet and no real breakfast just coffee and snacks
Wrong review I booked online a room where they had 3 amenities I always look for. 1- non smoking motel 2- free parking 3- breakfast included Only got one of the three that I wanted. Never would I have booked the room if I knew it reeked of smoke.
Lacking This was not a good stay. The staff were nice and kind but could do nothing to help me with out the manager who was not there and could not be reached. There is wifi but it is slow unless you pay. There is not a business center where you can go on line or print they will not let you use their computer or printer. I hD to go to the Holliday inn across the street to their business center. I will stay there next time
