Ten minutes after checking in A crew of guys knocked on our door saying they needed to do a quick service on the AC I know they were just doing there job but they were super noisy and the whole process took about thirty minutes and leaving a trail of water behind them Not long after they left my wife saw a roach on the kitchen floor. The room smelled like smoke the hotel elevador was all dirty around the walls. Dirty linens left in a bag in the elevador... the customer service was terrible

Gross and Run Down Hotel There was still stuff in the fridge including fast food and a gallon of MILK. The room itself was dirty and had marks all over the walls and furniture. The hotel itself was also in poor condition.

Everything is old. Dirty bathroom. Each night I had to go back down and get a new key for my room since it never worked. They advertise that they have free breakfast. Coffee and old muffins and instant oat meal doesn’t make a breakfast.

Booked, went to room, turned around and got money back. Staff was very nice and understanding though. They need major upgrades. Looked like a jail cell.
