Find a different hotel… Not clean, found dead cockroach in bathroom sink, mold on the bedding, broken fixtures, lamps with no lightbulbs, didn’t feel clean. Worst experience ever.

There was a roach in the bathroom. The shower dripped. There was no ice machine that might be handy for people overall not a good experience and will not be staying at this chain of hotels anymore. Thank you.

My room smelled of cigarette smoke. The furniture was very worn. The front of the refrigerator and some walls were dirty. There was no tv remote and I had to get back dressed and go to the front desk to get one. Luckily the man at the desk was very nice about it and gave me one. I just didn’t want to be charged for what should have been checked during cleaning.

Roaches Never had i stayed at Extended stay hotels before. To start of the system was not working for me to check in and attended was telling me i had to wait like 30 minutes . It was 1 clock in the morning . The room looked run down down all its fixtures as well. It smelled like smoke even though it was non smoking. The beds where uncomfortable and pillows as well.
