The clerk at the desk was friendly and nice (only reason I gave it two stars) The room on the other hand stunk, the door was open before i even went on the room (felt unsafe), the bed was horrible

Elevator broken. TV not working properly. No ice!! Just not

Check in time was 3: PM. We arrived at 4:30pm and the room was not ready. We did not get the keys until 5:pm. The kitchen was ok but there were no dishes, silverware or pots. Don’t know about any extended stay without being able to. Cook. The entire establishment smells. The elevator didn’t work. I am handicapped and it made getting to my room very difficult.

Elevators did not work. Had to run up and down stairs to lobby for any service. Beds uncomfortable. Construction on-going. TV was down in second room. Would not fix. Wanted 2 queens but did not have them on 1st floor so had to settle for 1 bed for disable individual. Did not match the online description.

Tv didn’t work the entire stay. Staff did nothing about it. Didn’t collect dirty towels had to take the towels ourself

Staff gave me a key and room that was occupied also room stinked

There was no breakfastjust coffee and muffins that were old. Staff was slow and were always in their phones. My room was missing the handle on the bathroom door, and it couldnt close. The screen to the window had a hole in it. Asked for all the kitchen supplies and no tpaster was given.
