The room was unclean, bathtub was dirty, the refrigerator was filthy and so were the ice trays. Stains on the bedding and when I lifted the towel on the counter there was a cockroach. I didnt stay in the room longer than 10 minutes. Never left a hotel so fast.

It says non smoking but the room was surrounded with the smoking smell; urine smell around the bathroom alone. Bed sheet was dirty. The smell was terrible I could not sleep. I went downstairs to get helped for my stay and to get refund due to these reasons and no worker to be found. I was told they go home at 11pm. The man who was there was cleaner doing lau... read more

Room appeared to be clean at first glance but it was actually filthy. Long black hairs in the shower and on the newly "clean" folded towels, definitely not mine as I don't have black hair. If I could have changed hotels, I would have. The 3rd floor had such a bad smell of food that I had to keep the windows open all night. The lobby is dark and rarely anyone at the desk. Always a sign that says "I'll be right back." The indoor halls looked as though they haven't been vacuumed in weeks.

Business response:

This property seems to be used by long term un-homed tenants. Stay away from this property. The confirion of this property is terrible. Nothing is maintained. Carpet dirty, room dirty and area feels unsafe.
