It's a shame Bad customer service by guy at front desk, outlets didn't work in room, bathroom smelled like liter box . Whole hotel smelled like smoke

Not the best Hotel was generally very dirty and smelly. Room smelled like an old room that was seldom cleaned and never aired out. I booked the hotel for two days, but left after the first night. I would rather pay for it and not use it than pay for it and stay there.

Worst hotel ever! I am glad I had $100 discount for this hotel. I would have been super upset if I had paid full price for it. We only spend one night at this horrible hotel, it smells like cigarettes in the elevator, hallway and the room smell worst. I had my kid who has asthma, had to go to Target in the corner and buy some candies to remove some of the smell. The to go breakfast was over at 9am.
Horrible Housekeeping Skills Upon arrival, our room had a stench of stale grease. We were on our way out to a family function so I requested that the room be deodorized during our absence. We were gone for 6.75 hours (plenty of time for deodorization) however when we returned, the room had obviously not been deodorized. Disappointed!!! Spent a week at the hotel. Didn't know that you had to request flatware/utensils for the room until later in our stay. Also, no room service provided each day of our stay. Only allowed on room service day for the entire week. Doesn't make sense when trash piles up during the day. Also, wasn't able to have fresh/clean towels. Apparently, wanting guests to reutilize bed sheets and towels due to severe drought CA is experiencing. Poor housekeeping The room was dirty when we arrived. We found a chewed up straw, French fries, piece of dry toast and a condom wrapper on the floor. I was very dissatisfied because my 6 year old daughter found the wrapper.
