Not as expected Floors were sticky, bathroom not completely clean (mold in sink, hair in tub, toothpaste on faucet). Not updated, would not return.

stay away we were checking in late and there were instructions at the entrance to call the desk phone. the person they has working late nights was new and didn't know how to do check ins, so he ignored the phone. another guest was leaving so i was able to get into the property behind her. when I spoke to the employee at the front desk he asked me "how did you get in?" and tried to turn us away. this was resolved, but he didn't know how to find our reservation so he booked us a new one and I was double charged. this hotel was... read more

Just okay Upsides: WiFi, location, doors lock at night so you have to use hotel key, we'll lit parking, quiet, near everything, polite staff, vending machines Downsides: Only clean the room and change sheets if you stay 3 or more nights, empty your own trash inside a room in the hall way, light breakfast only oatmeal and bars, no ice machine (how weird) so you have to make ice in the freezer trays so plan ahead or buy it, no workout room, no business center. the kitchen was outdated, the free complimantry breakfast consists of protien bars, muffin, fruits, and coffee.. the bathroom was dirty,

I was bited by fleas during this one night stay!!
It was ok but noisy Hotel was noisy , no cleaning service.. To many things to mention but for a family I would not recommend

No housekeeping. Sucks. They don't even collect garbage and clean the bathrooms during your stay. The officially state that it's their policy that they don't do housekeeping. They say they have a kitchen, but it's an empty kitchen and you have to request every item. Even plates and spoons. Stay away from this place.

the place was very average. smelt of wet dog as soon as i got in, the sheets "felt" dirty and the floor was gross! i got out of the shower only to look down at my feet 5 minutes later and find them black and have dog hair being stuck to them! not a great stay thats for sure!
