They didn't offer housekeeping for 3 nights, they didn't even offer to pick up the trash. Although we were a family of 4 they only provided two of each when we requested dishes. One more thing, they didn't even offer papertowels.

MAL SERVICIO La habitaciones huelen mal y estan sucias todo el tiempo. A pesar de que estuve en area de no fumar huele a cigarro. Lo que no me gusto nada y me molesto que no me dijeron a la hora de hacer el check inn que debo de pagar mas dias de noches para que me limpien la habitación, si yo voy a trabajar no a limpiar.

Not a good hotel at all. This hotel is a mess. Couldn't park in their on site lot as they were repaving for 3-days. Had to fight for parking. Other tenants seedy characters at best. Dogs barking, non guests bracing the security doors open to let countless people in.... Non guests. Real security concerns. Morning breakfast was a real joke. Embarrassing the lack of good quality food. Practically no staff around... Had to take my own dirty towels to the desk to change out for clean. No room service for the entire 5-days.

Not so good extended stay hotel This facility is old & outdated. Decor is awful; windows didn't work; the cover on the kitchen light was damaged & falling off. A/C worked poorly. Need to request amenities for the kitchen; bathroom supplies (soap, shampoo etc) were meager altho' there were enough towels. TV channels were very limited. There were 2 tables where one could sit outside. No pool.

Pictures are deceiving. Spent two nights too many at this "hotel". Room was dirty, and not supplied with enough washcloths and towels. If you needed more, you had to bring your old ones down to exchange. Unfortunately, they didn't have enough washcloths to replace the ones we brought them, so we had to wait until they were washed. DO NOT STAY HERE! There was an intolerable rancid smell in the room so we could not stay there. That was Saturday. Had to wait until Monday for the manager to call me about a refund. She promised I would be receiving it within a week. After a week with no refund I called Expedia myself and they said there is no record of her ever calling to refund my money. Great. Great location to the SoCal Soccer Complex. The hotel was very dirty. The lobby smelled stale and the carpet was filthy. The room was dark and because it offered smoking on the 3rd floor you get the second hand smoke in your room. The carpet in the room was dirty and the bedskirt was soiled.

Not a great place to stay with family Room was high with bad smell. We asked for a change, they gave a new room. It was already late night and AC in this new room was not working so we spent whole night without AC, they offered some refund, we had not recieved it as of now.

A bad experience We checked in around 9pm. The guy at the reception had a unfriendly look. The room's decor, wall paint, kitchen was no better (or probably worse) than a cheap motel. The worst part was the bedding....the bed sheet was not clean, unkept and crushed. Had a real unpleasant experience and that too for a price of 90 per night!
