We never stayed as they gave our reservation away, said I hung up on them (which I didn’t), and were unwilling to help. Made it easy for me, as I will never stay in any of your hotels. Simple.

bugs this is not the typical hotel. if i had known u would have went elsewhere. no coffee, no soap, all the stuff you get at a real hotel. also pictures are deceiving.

The hotel looks nice from the outside and the front lobby is nice but the hotel smells really bad. This hotel has odors that run deep. Walking down the halls it smells like smoke and mold. Im amazed how the entire hotel smells so much like smoke. It’s just smells dirty. The room looked clean aside from the smells but the bathroom was overlooked.
