Most horrible hotel I have ever been to. I specifically asked for a non smoking room. It was old dirty and smelled like ashtray room, the phone didn't even work to call front desk and complain about the room I had to use my cell and I expressed my concerns. I was switched to an "updated" non smoking room which was not much different and room smelled like air freshener was just sprayed due to my complaint regarding the smoke smell. Not wanting to Extend our Stay This was our first stay Extended Stay America hotel so I don't know if the policies at this one are the same everywhere. After getting settled in (using the 2 hangers that were in the closet), we realized there was no coffee pot or dishes or anything in the kitchen. We had to go back to the front desk and request the items we needed i.e. our "customized package". We only needed a coffee pot and cups due to planning just a short stay. I feel I should be refunded due to plumbing pipe while showering shook making a horrendous sound, as if it would burst through the wall. Also, two males drinking in front of the room leaving their beer bottles thrown on lawn area in front of my room.

Do not stay this hotel !!! This hotel was a worst one of my life. The dirtiest hotel in the world. I couldn't sleep the night because of smell and bugs

Bad experience and I will avoid going back again. Horrible shower with very little water and noisy sound. Bad smell the moment walk iin. AC didn't work efficiently and also generated loud noise. Everything wasn't to any satisfaction per listing price.
Dirty and Outdated The room was dirty. Floors dirty, bathroom dirty. Old and outdated.
Just don't use the kitchen! We were going to cook during out stay so we called the front desk for pots, pans, plates, cup, &etc. I had to go pick it up at the front desk. When I got there there was no there, just a plastic box of 'supposedly' clean plates. The plates were oily and the cups had mold(?), some type of brown/black residue that won't wash off easily unless i scrap it with my fingernail. Ended up only using the pan and pot. Like a motel 6 Front desk lady was VERY rude to a customer who was in front of me when I was checking in. Room was very outdated I would not recommend staying her unless you are on a tight budget. It is the perfect place for a construction worker who is out of town for work because of the kitchen.
