Dirtiest hotel room I have ever been in. This is one of the worst traveling experiences of my life. If it hadn't been paid for already I would have left. Rug was stained. Sheets, bedding and towels were a dirty gray. Room smelled awful , like smoke but worse! Black hair on the floor and found in bed as well! I complained to the front desk and got absolutely no response. Spend a little more money and go right down the street to the holiday inn. Beautiful , clean hotel and very nice staff. Do not reccomend! I am giving this 2 stars because at LEAST the front desk employees were nice...however, unless this hotel is your last ditch effort, I DO NOT RECCOMEND STAYING HERE. The employees at the front desk were very kind and courteous, BUT the room was DISGUSTING to say the least!! As soon as we opened the door, the smell of Curry smacked us right in the face!! We didnt even inhabit the living room/kitchen quarters of our room, because it was so strong! Litterally no way of airing the room out because it was baked ... read more

Room for improvement Roomed reeked of cigarette smoke

Room condition was not good. Only 2 out of 6 lights in the room were working. Lamps weren't working. My mom stayed there for 3 days and housekeeping did not come once to clean and change towels.

Regular Extended Stay Just a Regular Extended Stay. Basic stuff, room was stuffy and had a musty smell. Office is open only 7 am to 11 pm after that you have to use the call box on the outside to call the over night person. Holiday Inn Express, or Hampton Inn is better. This is just above a Motel 6, maybe around quality of Days Inn. Only thing here is you get a full kichenette with 2 burner stove. No daily room service.

Bathroom fan was awful. No ventilation. No shampoo, conditioner or blow dryer in room. Only available outlet was over the oven, making it hard to charge phone or laptop while in use. Breakfast is poor and coffee was not refilled.

No ice machine, "breakfast" consisted of granola bars, packaged oatmeal, coffee and packaged muffins. I wouldn't consider that breakfast. Beds were not comfortable at all either. I assumed there would be a pool as well and there was no pool. May not have checked the description but seriously how does a hotel in San Diego not have a pool. Just not happy overal with the choice of hotel. I'd rather pay an extra 20-30 bucks a night for a better quality hotel down the street

Filthy The sheets on the bed were not changed since the last user, there was makeup, hair and filth. There was one staff person( doing his absolute best) who had to do the check in, answer the phone, and bring us clean sheets. We had to do all the changing of the bed ourselves because he was the only person there. Both we and he deserves better. Do not stay there! Later that night we were pulled over by police in the parking lot because a car was reported stolen that matched the description of our car. We did not stay there ... read more
