The manager Howie is great and wonderful and the assistant manager DSean is also great and wonderful the staff is very good I love this actual site they are the bomb

Pros and Cons The room itself was ok. The two big things, bed and shower, were both fine. There were some things for an extended stay that I expected, like maybe a plate or two and a fork, but no such luck. The TV remote was not working. It might've been the battery, but I don't know. It lit up, so idk. I think the two glaring things were if you hadn't arrived by 5pm, they gave away your room. They claimed theyvwere overbooked. My room was paid for but I wasn't there yet. I love staying here at the Sorento mesa site the manager Howie is so wonderful and the assistant manager DSean is also very wonderful the staff is amazing this whole location is the bomb
