Power went out in the middle of the night and didn't come back on for almost 5 hours. No one could be found at facility and the next day there was an away message at the front desk.

The room was great for the price but there was no room service done

It is a fine property but no enough staff for service. Kitchen is clean but nothing you can use - no utensils. You need to go to front desk to request coffee maker. If it is your first time in this hotel, no one will tell you how to find your room. You get what you paid for
