The booking took over an hour to show in the Extended Stay computers. Thankfully, the girl covering the front desk was super friendly and helpful :) She was able to get the room setup with a fax from Expedia. The room was awesome ;) Thank you!

The staff was excellent; very friendly and professional. Both evening and morning staff. Our room was fine, but the property itself is in a rather odd, industrial location, and it is quite dated. They seem like they are in transition between an older property trying to keep up with the times. The room was mostly clean, with the exceptions of something stuck on a stovetop burner, and a little something not vacuumed up on the carpet. We wished there had been more kitchen amenities available in the room.
