Experienced an incident A person I initially thought was a guest hovered around me when I went out to meet a friend late at night. I thought he was someone who worked for Extended stay because he did not go away when I told him I was ok. I felt very uncomfortable when I brought my friend up to my room and found the security guard/guest was already at my room. Some stuff do no know well about front operation . We encountered some trouble with safety box. The front attendance did not well about how to take out the safety box to retrieve the content of the box at check out time it took long time. We were afraid if we could be late to arrive the airport!

Staff were nice and friendly, so, thanks for everyone. Breakfast was not really breakfast, but rather some coffee machines and the coffee weren't that great either. When I arrived, I was told that because it's a week I'm staying then they won't be able to change my towels nor do my bed, I was hoping for a better response. I did some shopping the next day, when I tried to start cooking at 6am, I was shocked to see no cooking items (no pots and pans, no dishes, no cups, no cutlery set, nothing), I thought ... this is not nice,... read more

It was a perfectly servicible hotel. It wasn't fancy. It was clean enough, but not sparkling. The staff were all professional and kind, but not friendly or inviting. The room had a refrigerator and a stove! But no utensils or other cooking supplies (there was a helpful card indicating that the office staff would be happy to supply me with any of those things, but I was unable test that, as I wasn't getting back in to my room until after the office staff had left.) The room had a microwave and full kitchen and refrigerator which was nice

First time not impressed The service was great from our receptionist. But there was a dirty rag in the bedside drawer in the nightstand. There was left over old food in the refrigerator, out phone did not work at all so we had to walk to the office any time we needed something.

It was great! But didn’t get to charge my phone! I forgot my charger and only had the cable adapter wish they were updated in rooms but other than that everything was great!
