The service was amazing however, we had a pull out bed that we were not able to use because you could feel the springs. Extremely uncomfortable.

The property was very clean. The room was very clean and decent. Most of all. Scott, the person who was at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. We welcomed us when we checked in past midnight

Very friendly staff. The bed was very comfortable. It was nice to be able to use the kitchenette.

Great location, comfortable room, good value. I've stayed at this Extended Stay dozens of times. It's my first choice when traveling to Burbank because of its location -- and low cost compared to some other Burbank hotels. Relatively inexpensive and yet comfortable. Safe neighborhood, too. However, they seem to have cut back on staff in the past year or so. Lately, whenever I stay there, it seems like no one is at the front desk when I need someone to be there. Great staff, good location, terrible quality room Staff was amazing. Room was very small and out-dated and the bed was INCREDIBLY uncomfortable.
