Celia Hotel fit what I needed. Two reasons for not giving a 10. The outlet did not work in room and the breakfast is not a breakfast, it's coffee, processed package muffins and granola bars. I am use to at other ES America's hard boil eggs, yogurt, cereal, fresh fruit and waffle maker.

This was not the cleanest/updated hotel I have stayed at. I was underwhelmed by the property as it severely needs updating. For the price, I would not stay here again
