TERRIBLE! Too Loud Freeway Noise Terrible. Loud highway noise. Air does not work. I want to check out early and get my money back!

Overall this place is bad. The room has bad smell when you walk in. The location is terrible and is 50 yards to the highway 92. There are some homeless people stay there.

Avoid this junkyard by all means. The front desk and the manager apparently are mentally unstable.

Stay away from the road rooms Watch out and avoid rooms that face the freeway. There is constant road noise. I booked on a Tuesday and all the interior rooms were taken. Rate as a 2 star place. No frills and still expensive.

The dog poop on the stairs that they didn’t clean after I asked. The smell in the room like fish. People smoking near room. Sofa bed so uncomfortable. Slept 2 hours.

Not up to par The hotel offers very little for the money. While it was clean and the desk people were friendly (when there), the room was noisy and the heat drafty. The take away breakfast consisted only of coffee and packaged (and quite dreadful) muffins. They were supposed to have oatmeal, but they said their supplier was late in delivering (over two days), so they had none. No kitchen items were stocked in the rooms. You had to ask for them. Beware extra charges for maid service and wifi Surprised at the extra charge for maid service that was not shown on the hotels.com site. Also they do offer free WiFi but it’s at dial-up speed. For high speed internet there is an extra daily charge. All in all plan to spend about $25 more per night than the price promised by hotels.com Staff was fine. Room was OK. Had a odd odor similar to sewer gas Room was noisy and could hear upstairs guest using toilet.
