This property has no type of professional management, employee at check in doesn’t even know what rooms they have or how to check people in. Manager is very rude! Doesn’t listen to customers concerns just hangs up the phone... won’t ever return to this location or extended stay.

Lets start in the lobby at check-in, there was only one person in front of us and it took the women behind the counter, Anna, at least 10 minutes to check them in. She was slow, like watching snails cutting grass. Whew! We finally get checked in, get to the room to the smell of burnt food and smoke. What the heck! Smoke? Thought this was non-smoking. Freeway noise. Freeway noise. Can't get away from it. I requested a room away from it but didn't help.

Check in was great but they had AC service people come into the room and we were not notified ahead of time so are stay was disrupted.
