Absolutely the noisiest hotel I’ve stayed at. My first room blocked 0% of the freeway noise. I might as well have pitched a tent next to the freeway. I had them move me to the opposite side of building which greatly diminished freeway noise but then whenever two people walked by my room talking, I might as well had my windows open. Fortunately the hotel didn’t have many guests.

SERIOUS WARNING Dangerous for women and families with children. I'm not sure how many times the police were there, but I witnessed several METH dealers and their clients get arrested on the third night I was there. There were groups of strange men gathering in the parking lot and drinking every night and to top this off; an ambulance was called for the domestic violence victim on the second floor.

I am usually ok with ordinary properties, but this was that bad that we did not even stay in this property and we want our money back

Not my best hotel experience I had to wait 10 minutes to checking while the guy in front of me argued with the desk clerk about his bill. Construction everywhere on property. Road noise in my room was excessive. Room was recently updated, but don’t think they were done. Guy came by to install some things on day two of my stay. There weren’t even cups in the room to get a drink of water. Whenever I was at the first desk, staff and/contractors were complaining. The contractors seemed concerned about getting paid. Very disappointed! It was terrible! We were not informed that the location was under renovation. The lobby was located in a guest room and there was not an employee on duty 24/7. I needed to check out early in the morning and had to call the front desk and then the 800 # just to check out and give me enough time. My guest room was dirty, full of construction dust, and did not have any kitchenware in the kitchen. We actually had to purchase cleaning equipment at a local Target just to make it somewhat livable. 1st of all the front desk was rude as heck to me be4 I was even checked in 2nd of all I had the reservation for like over two months and then didnt provide me with the Room I requested for a handicap Room also was dirty you could still see the dirt on the floor from all the work boots because of all the construction. The one kind the one kind the was because i couldn't walk I I believe his name was Walter would bring me anything I needed

The property is in the middle of reconstruction, meaning literal hours of jackhammering. Included “Breakfast“ was a packaged muffin. Full kitchen was a microwave and hot plate and completely empty cupboards: no plates, cups, glasses, silverware, nothing. Shower had mold between the tiles. Never again.
