Where’s the WiFi?! The wifi was very unreliable. The front desk’s solution was to have tech support call me which took over an hour each time to get a person. The room was right next to the freeway, so VERY loud all night long. Finally, they put me on the second floor, so lugging 2 weeks work of luggage up and down the stairs—yep, no elevator—pretty much sucked (especially in heels). Oh, and if you need kitchen supplies (as advertised) you must request them as they are not in the room.

The staff was rude and my entire room smelled like smoke after coming back from being at my office all day. This is supposed to be a no smoking hotel, but that definitely is not the case. When I went to the front desk, I was told that there was nothing that they could do for me.

This was a scary, run-down, unsafe property. Do not stay here! I felt completely unsafe here during my stay. When I pulled into the parking lot there was a man who appeared disoriented pacing back and forth in front of the building. After a 15 minute wait to check-in (no one was at the front desk for that time), I alerted the front desk. The response I received was that the man lived in the hotel and that people watch him?!
