Not enjoyable reserved 2 queen beds and “they didn’t have any” so I got stuck in a king with a sofa bed so 3 of us had to sleep in bed. The hotel said it was hotels.com fault. Won’t stay there again or use hotels.con for my travel needs.

Very dated. No amenities like typical bathing toiletries One staff person was friendly but attire (hoodie) seemed inappropriate. Location was awful in an industrial park away from any other area to purchase any items eg food stores ALL IBDUSTRUAL BUSUNESSES Location grounds were clean Staff person opened my room door without knocking This was before my checkout time as I was readying toblrave The place has a dark vibe to it. The place is a dump. Rooms do not have any sheer curtains or blinds, so during daytime there is zero privacy. The bed was covered just by one thin blanket, so I slept in my clothes. The price I paid was exorbitant, and the quality of the accommodation was that of a motel from the 70s. I guess that’s the effect of the proximity of the Silicone Valley.

No One To Check-In Do not book!! Front desk is not opened 24 hours as indicated,..ended up scrambling last minute to book another hotel. With that hotel still refused to refund my money never staying at this chain again.
